This website offers an awesome variety of Dermalogica products, with some of the most competitive prices I've come across. Plus, the delivery was impressively quick and dependable. I also got a bunch of lovely sample sachets with my order; just right for my holidays!

They provide top-notch brands at really good prices, and their customer service is unbeatable. It's such a joy to get a fast, personal, and friendly response to any questions I have. I scheduled a Caci eye revive session at the Lichfield salon since I had one done somewhere else the week prior, but I was looking for a spot closer to home. My last treatment was painless, but wow, I felt a ton of discomfort at Pure Beauty! I hit the internet to check if my experience was typical, and no matter how much I searched (thinking about that no pain, no gain idea!), I couldn’t find any reviews indicating it should hurt or leave red, sore patches around the eyes. When I decided to cancel my other appointments, it was just a matter of ‘okay, we’ve canceled these for you’—there was no ‘sorry to hear that’ or any explanation about why I might have felt pain. There’s no way I’d suggest this Lichfield salon to anyone.

They got back to me right away, and we discovered that the shipping notification had ended up in my spam folder. I was really impressed with how fast they responded. The products showed up the same day, so I won’t hesitate to order again. Some places can be tough to reach, but Pure Beauty is not one of them. So, I give them a solid 10 out of 10 for their customer service!

I ordered the Dermalogica microfoliant and got it around five days later. To my surprise, the box didn’t have any seal (which should’ve been silver) and the bottle was also missing a seal on top. I’m not looking to return it since I can’t really prove it arrived this way, but honestly, I’m not feeling too good about using it. Just really let down.
